<p>High-quality plastics or rubber snow chain tyre has a running tread with a double cross tread composed of transverse studs and extending about the circumference in the running direction. These studs are arranged in a diamond-type pattern. At each corner of the "diamonds" there is a longitudinally aligned stud. Transverse and longitudinal studs are sepd. by relatively deep grooves. Width, height and thickness of the studs depends on the intended duty to which the tyre is to be put. The tyre has good road holding in snow and slush.</p> |
