PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize conversion characteristics with high resolution by obtaining a circuit configuration, where only one of the input signals of two buffer circuits is changed-over, when data of a bit group are changed-over with continuous values using a two-stage conversion system. SOLUTION: When four high-order bit data D7, D6, D5 and D4 are '0000', switching elements SWC0 and SWC1 are turned on, and the voltage signals of taps TP0 and TP1 are respectively inputted to buffer amplifiers AMP2 and AMP1. When four high-order bit data are changed from '0000' to '0001', the switching element SWC0 turned off and the switching element SWC1 is turned on. In this case, the voltage of the tap TP1 is inputted to the buffer amplifier AMP1, and the voltage of the tap TP2 is inputted to the buffer amplifier AMP2. That is, the input signal of the buffer amplifier AMP1 is not changed, and only the input signal of the buffer amplifier AMP2 is changed.
