PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact device usable under limited conditions by constructing it such that a connection member excluding one contact section, another contact section and one connection section may be substantially embedded in a casing. SOLUTION: A connection member 19 is constructed of a contact member 31 having a contact section 18 and a spring member 32 having a connection section 28 in a connection section 29. In the connection section 29, the members 31, 32 are mutually welded in the overlapping region thereof. The member 31 is composed of a metal rail having a square cross section and positionwise fixed by a support assist member 33. The member 32 is composed of a metal rail having a circular cross section. The member 19 is embeded in a casing 12, except sections 18, 28, 29, by the plastic injection method.
