PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange terminating resistance without making a mother board for bus large-sized. SOLUTION: This mother board MB1 is a mother board which has plug connectors 12 arranged on a top surface of a substrate surface 11 and a bus line connecting those plug connectors to one another and allows mutual communication among daughter boards DB1 to DB7 connected to the plug connectors 12. Then a termination board TB1 having terminating resistance reducing reflection noise of the bus line is connected to the plug connector forming a final slot S8 of the bus line among the plug connectors 12, 12... arranged on the top surface of the mother board. Or the termination board is connected to the backside of the final slot S8.
