PURPOSE: A public stock subscription and its confirming method is provided for a user to subscribe for public stocks and a subscription manager to easily check the subscription status over a computer network. CONSTITUTION: A public stock subscription and its confirming method comprises steps of checking an access from a user, enabling the user to select a company publicizing the stocks by transmitting a company selection menu, checking if the user selects a company, displaying informations on the company if the user selects the company among the transmitted menu, enabling the user to input the number of the subscription stocks if the user selects the stock subscription, enabling a subscription manager to select a company publicizing the stocks and input data on the company, and displaying current subscription status on the company selected by the manager. The informations on the company publicizing the stocks include a business planning and financial statements.
