PURPOSE: A bias current circuit independent of temperature change is provided to add an additional circuit for temperature compensation to a bias current source using a transistor and a resistor, thereby minimizing the current change due to temperature change. CONSTITUTION: The bias current circuit independent of temperature change comprises a bias part(100) and a temperature compensator(200). The bias part(100) outputs an output bias current variable to temperature change. The temperature compensator(200) provides a compensation current for compensating the temperature of the output bias current and consists of the first transistor(Q13), the second and third resistors(R2,R3), the second transistor(Q14) and the second current mirror unit(210). The emitter of the transistor(Q13) is connected to a source voltage(Vcc) through a resistor(R27).
