PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost by reducing a pressure loss in an absorber and separating gas from liquid without using any demister in a low-pressure reproducer while compacting the size of the whole of an absorption refrigerating device. SOLUTION: In an absorption refrigerating machine, an evaporator 10 and an absorber 20 are arranged so as to be neighbored while pinching a gas/liquid separator 70 and refrigerant vapor, generated in the evaporator 10, flows into the absorber 20 through the gas/liquid separator 70. A multitude of horizontally extended absorber tubes 21 are arranged in the absorber 20. The pitch of arrangement of the absorber tubes 21 is changed from a large value into a small value as a distance from the evaporator 10 is increased with respect to the flow direction of the refrigerant vapor. Accordingly, the arranging density of the absorber tubes 21 is small at a position whereat the amount of refrigerant vapor is much (a position near the evaporator) in the absorber 10, whereby a pressure loss in this part is reduced and the efficiency of the whole of the absorption refrigerating machine is improved.
