PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing simultaneously a rubber outsole and a foam midsole, which shortens a processing and prevents from environmental pollution by an adhesive by inserting to mold simultaneously foam a preform for the molded midsole into processing of the rubber outsole. CONSTITUTION: The process contains the steps of: i) binding a mold for the foam midsole with a mold for the rubber outsole to make one mold; ii) molding the rubber outsole in the mold; and then iii) molding the foam midsole on the rubber outsole to be molded simultaneously.
