STRIP TRANSFER DEVICE

PURPOSE: A strip transfer device is provided to prevent a rubber roll of high durability from slipping between strips. CONSTITUTION: A strip transfer device(1) comprises a testing table(110) placed on a base(100) and testing the surface of strips(S), a width measurer(112) detecting the width of the strip, a direction conversion roll(116) changing the transfer direction of the strips and a tension bridle roll(120) placed in the base and applying tension to the strips. An oiling device(124) spreads anticorrosive oil onto both faces of the strip by oil injectors(122) placed in both sides of the strip. A direction converting roll(130) rotates by centering on a roll shaft(130a) to convert the transfer direction of the strip to horizontal. A pinch roll(134) transfers the strip while narrowly supporting the strip. The strips are cut by a cutter(136). Another direction converting roll(140) changes the transfer direction of the strip transferred from the pinch roll. The strip is formed as a coil by a coiler(145).
