PURPOSE: A device for managing a vending machine by using a mobile phone is provided to maintain the vending machine all the time available by checking sales of goods, and stock. CONSTITUTION: A modem communicates with terminals of vending machines via public network and sends information about sales of goods, and stock to a host computer which receives directives from an operator which a terminal sends. And a displayer shows the data which the host computer generates. Then, a printer which accepts signals from the host computer outputs data, according to the signals. A data backup section storing information related to the vending machines always backs up new information received. And a host computer controls the whole process to effectively manage vending machines along with the activities of peripheral devices. |
