MEDICINAL HERB EXTRACT SHOWING PREVENTION AND TREATMENT EFFECT FOR GASTRIC ULCER AND USAGE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A medicinal herb extract showing prevention and treatment effect for gastric ulcer is provided, which inhibits Helicobacter pylori, the gastric ulcer-causing bacteria and Helicobacter pylori urease, so shows prevention and treatment effect for gastric ulcer. CONSTITUTION: A process for the preparation of medicinal herb extract showing prevention and treatment effect for gastric ulcer comprises the steps of: putting each Caesalpinia sappan L., Perillae Herba, Coptidis Rhizoma into a heating-rotatory extract tank, and adding water; extracting at 100°C for 2-4hrs(for 3times) to get pre-extract; filtering with a filter sheet, and concentrating under decompression at 40-70cmHg to get each extract of Caesalpinia sappan L., Perillae Herba, Coptidis Rhizoma. The Caesalpinia sappan L., Perillae Herba, Coptidis Rhizoma extract can be added in fermented milk, a beverage, a medicinal preparation. A process for the preparation of medicinal preparation comprises the steps of: adding vitamins, oligosaccharide, 50% ethanol, to the Caesalpinia sappan L., Perillae Herba, Coptidis Rhizoma extract(each 0.01-30wt.%), and mixing; adding sterilized distilled water 10wt.%, mixing and shaping in granule shape; and drying the granule, and shaping into tablets, or capsules.
