摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a ceramic far-infrared ray heating element is provided to enhance an efficiency of radiating far-infrared rays by improving a structure of a ceramic heating element. CONSTITUTION: A front metal mold for forming a front part(10) is formed with receiving grooves in which a heating body(16) is received. A rear metal mold for forming a rear part(12) is formed with an inserting hole through which a lead wire(19) is inserted. The front and rear parts(10)(12) are formed by the front and rear metal molds and a ceramic slip. The heating body(16) is attached to the front part(10) and covered with a ceramic slip. The lead wire(19) is inserted through the inserting hole and connected to the heating body(16). The front part(10) is coupled to the second part(12) by using the ceramic slip. The metal molds are removed after 30 min. to 1 hr. elapses. The heating element is naturally dried for 3 to 4 days and forcedly dried by a hot wind. The heating element first plastic deforms at a temperature of 1000 to 1400 deg.C for 8 to 12 hrs. The heating element is glazed and secondly plastic deforms at a temperature of 1000 to 1400 deg.C for 8 to 12 hrs.
