<p>In the present invention, there is disclosed artificial stoneware made of a granulate prepared from a mixture of fluid ashes and flue ashes and/or from a mixture of a classic flue-dust and a semi-dry desulfurizing method product wherein the granulate contains at least 30 percent by weight and at the most 75 percent by weight of SiOi2, at least 7.5 percent by weight and at the most 35 percent by weight of Ali2Oi3, at least 1.5 percent by weight and at the most 40 percent by weight of CaO, at least 2.5 percent by weight and at the most 25 percent by weight of Fei2Oi3, at least 0.1 percent by weight and at the most 20 percent by weight of SOi3, at least 0.3 percent by weight and at the most 10 percent by weight of TiOi2, at the most 15 percent by weight of free CaO, at the most 20 percent by weight CaSOi3 and optionally other components from which each being represented by 9 percent by weight, at the most. Disclosed is also a process for producing artificial stoneware, which process is characterized in that by heaping the above described granulates to a needful layer that is then compacted and hydrated. After ripening, the solid mass is disintegrated and crushed to a technologically suitable particle sizes.</p> |
