PURPOSE: Spices packed in a baked dough are provided to remove the need of a vinyl bag for packing ramen spices and improve the taste of ramen soup. CONSTITUTION: Ingredients of the dough comprises one or more selected from flour, barley powder, potato powder and bean powder. A plurality of additives are added to the powder mixture for raising the dough and dissolving in water. The powder mixture and additives are kneaded and the dough is put into a mold. Spices are inserted between the two dough shapes and compressed to seal.
