<p>A decorative pop-up sticker is formed of a decorative design element (22) bendable along an intermediate line (30) to form design sections at least one of which has an adhesive (24) on its back side for securing the design sections to a surface (28) with the bent design section extending outwardly from the surface (28) in a pop-up three dimensional configuration. A method of mass producing the stickers involves joining an elongated strip of decorative sheet material with an elongated strip of protective liner material (26) by pressure sensitive adhesive applied to the back side portions of the decorative strip, kiss-cutting the decorative strip along lines defining a decorative design element (22), and then forming a bending line (30) intermediate the ends of the design element.</p> |
