PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure vulcanized adhesive strength of an interface between core metal and rubber, and prevent separation of the interface by arranging rolling wheel guide projections in the core metal embedded at an interval in the belt lengthwise direction in an endless belt-like body composed of an elastic material, and forming through holes in a position lower than rail surfaces of these guide projections. SOLUTION: In core metal 1 embedded at an interval in the belt lengthwise direction in an endless belt-like body composed of an elastic material such as rubber, derailment preventive corner parts 2L, 2R are formed in a lateral directional central part, and rolling wheel guide projections 3L, 3R having rail surfaces 3L-1, 3R-1 are formed outside these corner parts 2L, 2R. These rolling wheel guide projections 3L, 3R are formed on left/right wing parts 5L, 5R of the core metal 1 via ribs 7L, 7R, and in this case, through holes 8L, 8R are formed in the belt lengthwise direction in the left/right ribs 7L, 7R. Thus, the elastic material is filled below the rail surfaces 3L-1, 3R-1 to increase vulcanized adhesive strength of an interface between the core metal and rubber.
