PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the attaching and detaching workability while preventing fall of a screw member in case of attaching and detaching an engine cover. SOLUTION: One cover member (for example, 11R) is formed with a cylindrical hole type screw through hole 20, and the other cover member (for example, 11L) is provided with a nut member 22, and both the cover members (11R, 11L) are made to coincide with each other, and a screw member 14 is inserted from the screw through hole 20 side and fastened to the nut member 22 so as to unify both the cover members (11R, 11L). A passing block 24 and a diameter shrunken block 25 are formed in the inner diameter part of the screw through hole 20, and while the screw member 14 is formed with a screw part 26 on the tip side thereof, and formed with a passing part 27 on the head side thereof. In the case where the inner diameter of the passing block 24 is expressed with D1, the inner diameter of the diameter shrunken block 25 is expressed with D2, the outer diameter of the screw part 26 is expressed with d1, and the outer diameter of the passing part 27 is expressed with d2, they are set so as to satisfy the condition that D1>d1>D2>d2. |
