DISPERSING AUXILIARY FOR SUSPENSION POLYMERIZATION OF VINYL COMPOUND

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject dispersing auxiliary good at vinyl compound particle size distribution, having high bulk density and excellent in plasticizer absorption, monomer removal or the like by applying a vinylester-based resin polymerized a vinylester-based monomer and having a terminatory carboxyl group. SOLUTION: This dispersing auxiliary for suspension polymerization of vinyl compound is a carboxyl-terminated vinylester-based resin and is obtained by polymerizing (A) a vinylester-based monomer (e.g. vinyl acetate) in the presence of (B) a compound having >=0.01 chain transfer constant preferably a monoallyl ether-based monomer having an oxyalkylene group and represented by the formula (R1 and R2 are each H or an alkyl; X is H, an alkyl, an alkyl ester or the like; n is 2-10) [e.g. polyoxyethylene (meth)allyl ether]. In a case using the dispersing auxiliary as an aqueous liquid, the aqueous liquid dispersed or dissolved <=50 wt.% dispersing auxiliary is preferably used.
