PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the length in the before and behind direction of a travel transmission case for distributably transmitting rotation power inputted from an engine to a travel wheel, etc. SOLUTION: A steering device 4, for transmitting steering operating force from a handle 2 to a steering wheel 3, is coated by a steering cover 6 provided on the upper part from the floor 5 of the vehicle body 1, and is provided on the front part of a vehicle body 1. The cover 6 is provided with covering a travel transmission case 9, for distributably transmitting rotation power inputted from an engine 7, on a travel wheel 8. The case 9 is mounted in a condition where it is formed vertically and the upper end of which is made higher than the upper surface of the floor 5.
