PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely install a pipe supporting band onto a stationary member fixed over to a wall surface and the like without using bolts and nuts with no fear of dropping parts. SOLUTION: Fixing side recessed and projection engaging parts 15 and band side recessed and projection engaging parts 11, are provided for a fixing member 5 and the piled-up surfaces of the respective holding parts 8 and 8 of paired pipe supporting bands 4 and 4, and the recessed and projection engaging part 15 and 11 are relatively engaged with each other, a fastening member 6 is formed into a V shape provided with side plates 16 at both the sides of the member, and is installed thereto in such a way as to be freely rotated between a holding position and a releasing position at the holding part 8, so that the fixing member 5 and the holding members 8 and 8 are held so as to be fixed to the holding position by means of the side plates 16.
