PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for manufacturing a polygonal profile shape burring part at any position of a metal plate. SOLUTION: Against a working plate, one side of a burring part 2 periphery contour part is supported by an accepting tool, whose tip end is a cylindrical shape, and the other side is supported by a working tool, whose tip end is a tapered shape. A bottom hole contour part of the burring part 2 is squeezed in Z direction with a given volume and the accepting tool and the working tool are moved around keeping their positions in almost right angle against the contour shape. Forming of the burring part 2 is performed by repeating the given volume squeeze and the moving around operations.
