PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light gasket with a frame having good sealing performance without generating recessed part on the gasket by molding a frame body with thermoplastic resin, molding the gasket with thermoplastic elastomer, and forming a recessed and projection part on the molding surface of the frame surface. SOLUTION: Thermoplastic resin for a frame is fused and injected into molds 3a, 3b with a mold temperature 40 deg.C and with a resin temperature 180 deg.C, and thereby, a frame body 1 is formed. A projection 1a is also formed on a surface of the frame 1 in this time. The mold 3a is separated, a mold 3c is covered, and thereby, a gasket shaped cavity is constituted. In a prescribed condition, an elastomer for the gasket is fused and injected to manufacture a gasket with a frame wherein the frame body and the gasket are formed integrally with each other. In this case, a fine clearance exists between the mold 3c and the frame body 1 by a projection 1a when the molds 3a and 3c are closed, and thereby, air in the cavity 4 and gas generated from the gasket are delivered to an outside of the molds.
