PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a denture and denture plate which are inexpensive, may be easily manufactured and have a non-adsorptive property without coating with a non-tacky adhesive material in order to impart the non-adsorptive property to the denture and the denture plate and a process for producing the same. SOLUTION: The dentures 5a and 5b and denture plate made of synthetic resins are formed to have fine rugged surface shapes in such a manner that the surface layer parts 9 of the palatal parts of the dentures 5a and 5b and the denture plate themselves have the non-adsorptive property. The process for production comprises a surface roughening treatment step of subjecting the surface layer parts 9 of the palatal parts of the dentures 5a and 5b and the denture plate to rough surface formation by a sandblasting treatment and a polishing finishing step of buffing the rugged surfaces formed by the stage described above.
