PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably wear a wig by decreasing and adjusting the length of hair through its twists in proportion to the growth of the hair and by enabling the wig to be worn in an optimum position (at the root part) at all times. SOLUTION: One holding tool 13 is fastened to hair near the boarder (the root part 19) between other holding tool 9 installed in a wig 1 and the head skin 17 located at the position corresponding to the tool 9, The tool 13 is made to exist at the root part 19 irrespective of the growth of the hair by twisting the tool 13 in proportion to the growth of the hair in order to twist the hair (the wearing hair 15) by fastening the tool 13 and decreasing/adjusting the projection height of the tool 13 from the head skin 17 through the twists.
