PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently arrange a part, widely secure a floor space, and improve high speed travel performance by arranging an internal combustion engine under a seat in the rear of a floor, and supporting a rear wheel via a support member for swinging independently of the internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: A main pipe 3 is extended obliquely downward from an upper part of a head, pipe 2 of a motor scooter type motorcycle, the lower end is formed as a central horizontal part 3b, and the further rear part is bent slightly oblquely upward to form a rear side inclined part 3c. A down pipe 4 is extended downward from a lower part of the head pipe 2, and an internal combustion engine 20 is suspended by a support bracket 4e projected on the rear end of the central horizontal part 4b. That is, the internal combustion engine 20 is arranged under a seat 66 in the rear of a floor cover 64. A front end part of a transmission case 32 is swingingly supported by a crankshaft 23 of the internal combustion engine 20, and a rear wheel 44 is journalled to a rear end part of the transmission case 32 to transmit motive power via a belt type transmission 30. |
