PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid receiving interference by an analog satellite broadcasting signal by providing a quadrature demodulator for demodulating an inputted digital satellite broadcasting signal and a signal attenuating means provided on the prestage of the quadrature demodulator so as to attenuate a first frequency band by the signal attenuating means. SOLUTION: A digital satellite broadcasting signal and an analog satellite broadcasting signal outputted from a first low noise amplifier 3 are distributed by a distributor 12, and one of them is inputted to a quadrature demodulator 11 via a signal attenuating means 4 and a second low noise amplifier 5. Thus the level of the analog satellite broadcasting signal inputted to the demodulator 11 is attenuated. The other distributed one is inputted to another satellite broadcasting receiving tuner via a distribution terminal 13. Consequently, the level of the analog satellite broadcasting signal inputted to the analog satellite broadcasting receiving tuner connected to the terminal 13 is not attenuated, so that the signal can be received without deteriorating S/N.
