PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector structural body, having a simple structure and facilitating the disconnecting operation of a connector, even if the packaging density of connector shrouds on a board is high. SOLUTION: This connector structural body is provided with a connector shroud 2 installed on a board 1, and a connector 3 mounted removably to the connector shroud 2, in particular, the connector 3 is prevented from coming off from the connector shroud 2 by the engagement of a latching means 21 formed on the connector shroud 2 with the connector 3, the latching means 21 is engaged with the connector 3 by moving a rod 33 provided for the connector 3 in the mounting direction of the connector 3 to the connector shroud 2, and the engagement of the latching means 21 with the connector 3 is released by causing the rod 33 to move in the direction of the connector 3 disconnecting from the connector shroud 2.
