PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste heat recovering apparatus for a fuel cell generating apparatus, which not only properly controls pressure inside a steam separator but also reduces the load on a water treatment unit, and which is simplified in structure and reduced in cost. SOLUTION: This waste heat recovering apparatus for a fuel cell generating apparatus comprises a steam waste heat recovering heat exchanger 31 that recovers the heat of the remaining steam used for steam recovery out of the steam produced in a steam separator 21, a steam condensation water tank 32 that recovers condensed water in the heat exchanger 31, a generated water, etc., recovering tank 44 that recovers steam generated in a fuel cell and condensed water made of the steam contained in the fuel gas in a reforming unit 7, and water treatment equipment 47 that makes the purity of the water recovered in the seam condensation water tank 32 high and the generated water, etc., recovering tank 44 and then refluxes the purified water into the steam separator 21. The steam-condensed water tank 32 and the generated water, etc., recovering tank 44 are connected via a communicating vessel 37 to each other, so that the water level in both tanks 32 and 44 are substantially kept the same level. |
