PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making various cards simultaneously usable in a single IC card reader. SOLUTION: A 1st IC card 5 is connected to a terminal 1 by a software link before extracting the 1st IC card 5, a 2nd operation is carried out by using a 2nd IC card 5, the 1st IC card is reinserted into an IC card reader after finishing the 2nd operation, the software link by which the 1st IC card 5 and the terminal 1 are connected is verified, the current 1st operation is allowed to continue only when the results of the verification step is affirmative, the software link between the 1st IC card 5 and the terminal 1 is cancelled, and other terminals are allowed to use the 1st IC card 5. |
