PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize wear of a terminal cutting knife, improve soldering property, and stabilize the bending direction of a terminal by twisting a terminal drawn out from a body to form a twisted part, and setting the intermediate part leaving one end and a taping part at the other end of the terminal as the twisted part. SOLUTION: Two terminals 20 are drawn out vertically from the lower end of a switch body 10 as electronic component body, and a push button 12 is fitted capable of protruding and recessing to the upper surface of the switch body 10. The terminal 20 is formed by punching a conductive metal plate, its upper end is tapered slightly and narrowed successively, and a taping part 22 having a wide area is formed on the lower end. The terminal 20 is twisted in the taping part 2, whereby spiral irregularities are formed uniformly in the middle part of the same width from the tapered part of the upper end to the taping part 22 which has a wide range of lower end to form a twisted part 21, having a section approximate to a circle. The taping part 22 at the tip of the terminal 20 is taped at fixed intervals through the use of a taping mount 14 and an adhesive tape 15.
