PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the input and to improve the operability by displaying a clinical record information screen and a clinical record information input screen on the same screen and selectively specifying a displayed clinical record information input candidate. SOLUTION: The clinical record information display screen 601 is displayed at the upper part of a screen and the clinical record information input screen 602 is displayed at the lower part. In the clinical record information display screen 601, clinical record information on patients, such as clinical consultation day information, treatment object position information, disease name information, and treatment information, which are already registered, is displayed by treatment object places in time series by basic information on patients such as names and ages and consultation days just like it is entered into ordinary clinical record sheets. In the clinical record information input screen 602, input candidates 604 for registered disease name information are displayed and an operator selectively specifies those input candidates (605) to input the input candidates as disease name information. The disease name information is immediately displayed in the clinical record information display picture (606). |
