PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the direction of an antenna from being wrongly adjusted by a mistake, resulting from receiving other broadcast program than a desired broadcast program. SOLUTION: A converter 8 includes a reception level detection circuit 5 that detects a reception level of a signal converted by a frequency conversion circuit 3, an LED drive circuit 6 that controls blink of an LED 7 depending on the reception level detected by the reception level detection circuit 5 and a comparator 19 that discriminates the level of a power supply voltage received from a receiver 9 to control the reception level detection circuit 5. Since the receiver 9 outputs a different power supply voltage to the converter 8 when receiving a signal of a desired broadcast program, the converter 8 detects its power supply voltage to detect non-reception state of the desired broadcast program, thereby controlling blinking of the LED 7.
