PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high draining performance and to minimize the summer sunlight having a high incident angle and increase the winter sunlight having a low incident angle by setting the gradient of the light transmissive face bar of a top light to be sharper than the gradient of a gradient roof. SOLUTION: Since a bed frame 11 that is the component of a top light 10 is inclined on the downstream side to the direction vertical to a roof surface 23, the gradient of a light transmissive face bar 13 fitted to a face bar fixing frame 12 set above it is sharper than the roof gradient. Accordingly, even if the top light 10 of this type is set on a gentle gradient roof, the draining property of the water collected in a stepped part 26 formed in the boundary between the face bar fixing frame 12 and the light transmissive face bar 13 in the top light 10 can be enhanced. Consequently, the watertight work of the stepped part 26 can be facilitated, and the watertight treatment can be performed at a low cost. The bed frame 11 is supported by a support member 22 fixed to an opening member 21, whereby the mounting of the bed frame 11 is facilitated, and its fixation can be more strengthened further.
