PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide available mobile radio terminal equipment by quickly capturing a system even when priority use is set in a system in which a time required for system capture is long. SOLUTION: A system selection controlling means 20a of a control part 20 monitors an AMPS type system in which a time required for system capture is short, and detects a communication entrepreneur capable of the AMPS type communication, and captures a CDMA(code division multiple access) communication type system in which a time required for the system capture of the detected communication entrepreneur is short according to a priority order set in a storage part 21, and waits for calling from a radio base station.
