An elastic wheel, comprising a disk (1) having a base rim (2) and a rim (3) supporting a tire, a pair of guides (4) fixedly installed annularly on the inner peripheral surface of the rim (3), and a pair of wall parts (5) fixedl y installed annularly on the outer peripheral surface of the base rim (2) in both side areas in the axial direction of the wheel, wherein a rubber elasti c body (6) is provided annularly between the side surfaces of the guides (4) a nd the side surfaces of the wall parts, respectively, whereby vibration can be absorbed by a shearing deformation of the installed rubber elastic bodies (6 ) so as to, particularly, increase the riding comfortableness performance, vibrationproof performance, and soundproof performance against a small input , the soundproof performance being extremely effective to soundproofing in a high frequency area of 100 Hz or higher.
