PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge treating area of viable tissues while using a treating tool, to improve hemostatic ability, to sufficiently and immediately cope with sudden hemostasis, to improve operability in the case of simultaneously using high frequency treatment and ultrasonic treatment together and to increase choices of a treating method of combining a plurality of treating tools. SOLUTION: In this device, the viable tissue is climbed between a monopolar treating tool 4 and a P plate 18, high frequency cauterization treatment is performed to the viable tissue and monopolar energizing is performed to an ultrasonic suction device 5 by a monopolar energizing means 16. Thus, monopolar treatment is performed in the ultrasonic suction device 5 as well. Further, bipolar output is generated between the ultrasonic suction device 5 and the monopolar treating tool 4 by a high frequency cauterization power unit 3 respectively connected to the ultrasonic suction device 5 and the monopolar treating tool 4. |
