PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject tape by laminating a medicament-contg. adhesive layer on one side of a substrate having a length enough to be wound at least once on a local site (affected part) of a human body such as arm, knee, elbow or waist and having a width moderate for the affected part so as to effect that this tape thus obtained is wound at least once on an affected part to protect and fix it along with developing cooling effect and anti-inflammatory/ analgesic effect thereon, thereby enabling a relevant patient to perform a sport or work without difficulty with no need of dropping a sport's practice or game or a work even in case he/she has an injure such as a bruise or sprain, and also enabling such an affected part to be relieved from pain or to be cured soon. SOLUTION: This tape is obtained by laminating a medicament-contg. adhesive layer on one side of a substrate. The tape thus obtained is such as to be used by sticking itself on a local site of a human body through winding itself on the site at least once.
