PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley structure capable of easily securing overall strength of a pulley in an assembled structure accumulating a pair of rotating plates. SOLUTION: It is furnished with engine rotation axes accumulated on each other, first and second rotating plates (central plate parts 111, 121 and bent plate parts 112, 122) at least one of which has belt grooves 113, 123, 132 on its outer peripheral edge and an elastic member 20 at least filled in a clamping space t1 on the outer peripheral side between these first and second rotating plates 111, 121, 112, 122 and to adhere the first and second rotating plates 111, 121, 112, 122 with each other.
