PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure high productivity, high machining precision and low loss rate in order to ensure the mass production of trays. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method is to obtain a blank which consists of a part 2 corresponding to a side wall adjacent to each of the sides of a part 3 corresponding to a bottom face and a part 1 corresponding to a flange adjacent to the outer wall of the part 2 and at the same time, each of a deformed sector parts (d) formed of a part 4 corresponding to a side wall flap and a part 5 corresponding to a flange flap continuously formed in one piece and without being mutually separated on the outside of each of the side corner parts. Further, the blank is interposed in the middle between a pair of mold halves which repeatedly fit to and are separated from each other by mutual movement in the uniaxial direction, and then is formed into a folded shape by pressurizing the specified region of the blank and moving it after clamping the mold halves. After that, the peripheral part including flange flaps 5 themselves folded as a multilayer is adhesively fixed only by pressurizing or heating and pressurizing. |
