SOLUTION: This transport control system for controlling the operation of a transport apparatus 5 according to the processing rule 1 includes a verifying means 2 for verifying the processing rule 1 and a control means 3 for controlling the transport apparatus 5 according to the processing rule 1. This case such a system structure that the processing rule 1 and data 4 related to the control are independent of the verifying means 2 and the control means 3.
