The fixng device is provided by a component which extends in the longitudinal direction relative to the parallel carriers (2,3) for the ceiling shuttering element (20), which is blocked against transverse movement relative to the parallel carriers and which has at least one projection (14,15) for engaging the underside of the shuttering element.
