ELEVATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevation device which can securely supply electric power to a sensor while securing reliability without newly providing a system which monitors abnormality of the elevation device. SOLUTION: This elevation device is equipped with elevation device main bodies 1 and 1' which have take-up parts for a wire and also have in-side fixed contacts 4a to 4d, an elevation part 2 which is suspended from the wire and has out-side feed contacts 6a to 6d coming into contact with the in-side fixed contacts 4a to 4d when elevated, and a sensor 7 which is provided in the elevation part 2 and connected between the in-side feed contact 6a and 2nd in-side feed contact 6c; and the in-side feed contact 6a and out-side feed contact 6b are connected to each other and the in-side feed contact 6c and out-side feed contact 6d are connected to each other.
