PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate maintenance work of a veranda by facilitating mounting, dismounting, opening, and closing of a partition panel for the veranda. SOLUTION: A panel 1 is attached so as to swing through a fixture 3 on a handrail side and so as to advance and retreat for a wall face 2b, and a vertical frame 1b on the opposite side is fixed on a channel shaped member 11 of a fixture 4 on a wall face side by a fixing bolt 12. The panel 1 can be opened by removing upper and lower fixing bolts 12 of the fixture 4 on the wall face side, loosening bolts other than upper and lower bolts, and the panel 1 is shifted onto a handrail side by loosening a connection member 8 for the fixture 3 on the handrail side so that the vertical frame 1b is removed from the channel shaped member 11. Then, the vertical frame 1b on the wall face side is turned to open the panel 1 onto the handrail 2a side. At the time of temporary closing at night time while work is continued, the panel 1 is returned, the vertical frame 1b advances into the channel shaped member 11, and either of upper and lower fixing bolts 12 is merely inserted and tightened by a nut so that the panel can be easily opened when work is resumed on the next day.
