PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information recording/reproducing system which can prevent the release of a password owing to a virus and can prevent the restarting of the system. SOLUTION: When a release request for access limit imposed by a password is given from a request source process, the password of an optical card and the password of the process are referred to (S502). When both passwords are matched, the process ID of the request source process is stored in a memory (S503). When the process ID of a request source is not stored in the memory at the time of accessing the optical card, the request is refused (S504). |
