PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To independently vend a prescribed quantity of rice grain, enable an apparatus to be attached to an automatic rice milling machine, and individually satisfy variously different needs of installation depending on individual orderers. SOLUTION: A coin-operated rice vending spot 14 is provided with tanks 64, 66, metering shutters 78, 80, a load cell 84, an ejector, and the like as to send and vend unhulled rice or brown rice in an amount designated by a user to a receiving hopper 96. The facilities are enabled to be combined with another automatic rice milling machine to satisfy individual needs variously different depending on the individual orderers of the facilities.
