PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioning body high in cushion properties, superior in thermal conductivity capable of obtaining sufficient a sense of fitting without damaging in cushion properties a even after a long-term use. SOLUTION: An upper-side film 2a and lower side film 2b made of a flexible material are used to produce a sealable housing molded into a bag shape. Here, a silicon gel layer 6 is arranged in the inner surfaces of the film 2b. A suction pump 3 and an exhaust valve 4 are mounted to the housing to add and reduce the amount of air in the housing, it is possible to adjust a sense of fitting to one's skin.
