SUBSTANCE: when manufacturing semiconductive barium titanate-based ceramics and semiconductive ceramics with posistor effect, specimen is sintered under vacuum in closed graphite crucible involving electron beam-mediated heating. Method is distinguished by rapidly heating crucible with specimen to prebaking temperature followed by sintering with simultaneous reduction of ceramic specimen. When posistor effect is searched, semiconductive ceramics is subjected to additional heat treatment in air atmosphere. EFFECT: significantly reduced process time, eliminated double grinding and baking, and enabled controlling electrical properties of ceramics. 2 cl, 2 dwg, 2 ex |
