PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound output circuit at low cost capable of outputting various sounds according to operation added by a user, and being applied to a toy and also provide a pressure sensor suitable for the sound output circuit. SOLUTION: This circuit 1 is composed of a pressure sensor 2 composed of a flexible conducting tube, a flexible conducting bar passed through the hollow part of the conducting tube, and a flexible insulating member to hold the conducting tube and conducting bar separately, a musical scale generating circuit 3 to output an oscillation signal of an oscillation frequency according to an electric resistance value in the pressure sensor 2 at the time when the conducting tube is in contact and conducting with the conducting bar, and a speaker 4 to output sound of a frequency corresponding to the frequency of the oscillation signal outputted from the musical generating circuit 3. Here, an electric resistance value per unit length in the conducting tube of the pressure sensor 2 varies according to its axial location.
