PURPOSE: An upper control process system in a personal communication service exchange is provided to offer a smooth call service function to subscribers by embodying an upper control processor using an MC68060 CPU. CONSTITUTION: An upper control process system in a personal communication service exchange consists of a CPU(10), a memory part(20), a control part(30), a controller(40), a multiplexing part(50), a buffer part(60), and a PP alarm and physical address(70). The CPU(10), composed of MC68060, processes the operations of the upper control process system overall. The memory part(20), connected with the CPU(10), stores programs and data. The control part(30), connected with the CPU(10), executes various control commands in the exchange system. The controller(40) controls peripheral units according to the control of the CPU(10). The multiplexing part(50) multiplexes the data of the CPU(10). The buffer part(60) temporarily stores data according to the control of the CPU(10). The PP alarm and physical address(70) transmits the PP alarm and physical address of a peripheral processor to the CPU(10).
