<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience for a driver by issuing a pass only to a vehicle, to which entrance processing cannot be performed properly on a nonstop entrance lane dedicated to ETC or the like, and to prevent a pass from being issued erroneously to the driver of a vehicle, to which processing can be properly performed. SOLUTION: In an automatic pass issue system 31, ETC entrance reprocessing is performed to an approaching vehicle, to which processing cannot be performed normally by an ETC entrance system 30, and the pass is issued to the vehicle to which ETC processing is disabled. When issuing the pass, in order to prevent illegal use, it is confirmed by using vehicle information acquired form the ETC entrance system 30 through a host device that the approaching vehicle is not an ETC normal car but an ATC abnormal car, which is disabled in normal radio communication, or a conventional vehicle (non-ETC car) which is unable to deal with the ETC system.</p> |
